Deleting secondary domains

Yesterday, I tried creating a secondary domain linked to the primary. The process went part way through, but when importing the records, it stopped saying that there were duplicates (still got to work out what). Anyway, the upshot of this is that a secondary domain was created which does not appear in the primary domain list but has been replicated to all the other secondary domains. When I try to delete it through Groupwise view, it comes back saying that I don't have rights to do so, presumably because it is checking in the primary domain and not finding it there. I would rebuild all the secondary domains, but I keep getting the message about duplicate files. Any suggestions?
