Help,

If I delete reports off the Enterprise system will these be deleted off the hard drive, or are all the instances still stored, reason for question is my hard drive is near full capacity.

I await any advises you have to offer.

Hello...

The reports are stored on the hard drive of your server, so I believe if you delete them off, it's just like deleting a report from your local hard drive...it's gone.

One suggestion is that you go into CR, open your APS, go to the folder, open the report and save the reports you want to archive to your local hard drive or another network drive. That way if you ever needed to re-broadcast the report, it's still intact.

Or, if you have access to the report server by way of PC Anywhere you could transfer the files from the server to another drive.

CE probably has a utility that would do this for you, but I'm not aware of what it is.

Good luck.
