Hi all,

I have this situation. One employee had sent out meeting-invites to a group of employees, and the sender has now left the company. I need to write an application that can delete the meeting invites from the Calendars of each employee of that group.

Can I use EWS to accomplish this? What is the best way to do this? We are using Exchange 2007.

Please help.
TIA,
Sheila

Probably a stupid question but has the mailbox already been deleted?

Neill

No, the mailbox of the person who has left the company hasn't been deleted.

Then why not just simply go into the users mailbox and cancel the meetings?

Easy enough to do a list view of them and delete the ones that haven't expired yet.

Or has this got to be done quietly?

That's correct. They are looking for a solution where that account is not used.
