Deleting ons extension

I have an issue with Mitel El Ons extension.The extension when called cuts off.I have tested the card and replaced it with no change. I have replaced the 25pr at the back, No change. When I tried to delete the extension I get" must delete all ons associations" I have reviewed and no other definitions exist.I looked under maint,status, it shows idle, but still can't delete.
I moved it to an open port using move command but problem follows extension.That is, if I call it it gives extended ring and cuts off. Or it just cuts off after a ring. There are no problems with outgoing calls. Any information will be greately appreciated.

Have you got this ext as a key line appearance on a superset?
also have you got any forwarding/re-routing on it
It does seem that as you have moved it, it is probably not a port issue.
You can check to see if the ext is a key on a phone go to the multiline set group and search for your extn
