I'm starting a new company with Aloha Manager. How do I delete the Employee data/records? There must be something like MS Office .pst files that can be removed...but where are they and what are they called? Thanks.

The employee records are in a file called "EMP.DBF" in your DATA and NEWDATA folders.

Open that file up with software like DBF Viewer Plus and delete all of the entries. Then save the file.

You can delete them but any type of employee sales and cashout reports for previous months, years etc won't be correct.

You can choose in settings to not display employees that have been terminated if you don't want to scroll thru terminated names.

Hi Mitchell.

I've always struggled using the one from Alex Nolan, Pablo software, and that other free one that Radiant support talks about.

If you can shell out 40 bucks, I highly recommend using CDBF from WhiteTown software. More powerful, and much easier to use. This is what we use to view/edit/repair DBF files. the automation on this makes mass changes very easy too. CDBF looks like the others at first, but when you use it, you'll see what I mean.

Thanks for the suggestion! I will take a look at it.
