I am trying to find a way to prevent certain users from deleting notes. For instance, we would like to allow customer service order entry to add order notes only, with a manager required to delete notes. However with the current security options, note maintenance is all or nothing - if you can add, you can also delete. Has anyone addressed this issue? I'm open to VBA/Flex, SQL trigger, or other methods.
