Trying to remove decommissioned 3300 controllers from Network Elements. I believe all programming has been removed. I was able to delete 2 of the 5 controllers from network elements but 3 of the controllers give the following error when deleting: Cannot delete Network Element Record which has an entry in Hosted User Service.

I don't see any editable forms relating to Hosted User Service?
any ideas?

I have the same issue on a controller I thought I would try a backup and restore to see if that fixes it.

Any telephone directories related (Cluster ElementID/Int?Ext/Speeddial Column) to the system you are trying to remove?

Nope,
I don't see any related telephone directory or speeddials.

I have now resolved this by creating a backup and restoring the database.
The network element has now gone.

We were able to resolve this by putting the decommissioned system back online and following the ESM help file "removing a SDS data sharing element" This was preferred over the restore method as we have 12 sites networked.
