I created a second Mailbox Store and moved a lot of resigned users mailboxes to free up some space on the drive where the original mailbox store was located. I have now deleted all the Mailboxes from the new store (Resigned users) and would like to remove the store but keep getting a message that there are users still using the store. How do I remove SMTP{B0A23----} and SYSTEM MAILBOX{B0A23----} so that I can delete this store.

Any help will be appreciated.

You always get these messages about these two mailboxes. They are system mailboxes and can be deleted. If you want to prove that this will not effect your system, dismount the store first and leave it for a few days. Once dismounted you can run an eseutil /d on it to defrag it and free up the disk space.
