Deleting mail box says in use

I have a MICS 5.0 and a NAM 4.0 and tried to delete mb 272. Mail box 272 is a subscriber mb attached to ext 272. When I hit delete it says that the mail box is in use. I pulled a report of the CCR trees and 272 is not in a CCR. There are no messages in the mail box. What else will give me the message "in use" when trying to delete the mail box?

Could be a victim of toll fraud. reboot the NAM and try again.

is it set as an alternate extension to another mailbox, check mailbox 100 as what is it's linked extensions
