Deleting last record in the database

Anyone try deleting the records in director db?
I tried and the last record as in the end of the data always have an error. IT says out of range. any idea y?
example : 1,2,3,4,5
I can delete 1,2,3,4 in any order but not 5 whether it is the first or last to be deleted.

Can you post your code please with some explanation on how you storing the data and etc...
