Deleting from the advance tab in outlook

How do you delete entries that have been put into the advanced menu bar.ie that have been entered into the current view window - I need to delete one entry from it. Anyone know where it lives on your system ?

At the end of the advanced bar there should be a little down arrow, if you click on it it should say" add or remove buttons"

Unfortunately that seems to be disabled - bit of a shame ! anyone know where is is through the backend ?

Try tools> customize and you should be able to reset from there
