Deleting Folders

I'm running Windows 2000 and Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1123.

I have set up a sub folder under the Input folder and set up some rules to route my wife's email to that folder. However, the folder keeps getting deleted, I don't know how.

Is there a way to mark a folder as undeletable?
