I inherited this building from a department with many more workers than we have, so many extensions are no longer used. I found out though that some old accounts have been receiving voicemail messages. How do I delete these extensions altogether? Thanks in advance.

Partner extensions cannot be deleted, but you can delete the voice mailboxes. What type of voice mail do you have? If you are unsure, press Intercom and dial 777 (or press the voice mail button if one is programmed) and listen to the greeting. It typically identifies itself ("welcome to partner mail vs").
You can also program the extensions you no longer use to not overflow to voice mail, but if you delete the mailboxes, callers will be routed to the general mailbox instead.

If you unassign Auto VMS Cover for the extensions that don't have mailboxes anymore, calls won't cover to voice mail on transfers. However, you still want to delete the mailboxes, because someone could still press "Transfer to Voice Mail" (Feature 14) and send calls to voice mail.

FEATURE 00
LEFT Intercom Twice
#310-XX-2 (where XX is the extension number)
FEATURE 00

Post more info on which voice mail you have, and someone can give you the procedure to delete the mailboxes.
