The easiest way is to get and install TweakUi.

To do it in the registry:
Backup the registry and/or export the following keys:
go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to:
Go to Start>Run, type regedit, hit Enter. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
and delete the key containing the program that is uninstalled.
