Deleting empty spaces in Drill down reports

Hi, I am a new user, I have created a drill down report with
various groups, what I am trying to do is delete all the empty lines between the data, I know this is probably simple and I am also trying to select Distinct data for TopN
25 drugs for each of these groups so that I don't have a 70 page report, but I also want to be able to have the other data for drill down.

I would appreciate any help!!

Several things could be causing these lines. Are there any empty sections in design mode? Suppress these instead of hiding them so that they don't appear on drill down.

Also, when you drill down, look to the left of the empty lines and tell us what abbreviations appear in the margin next to them (ie D,GH,GF). Ken Hamady
