Can anyone help??

A user who remotely dials in to our exchange server is reporting that after reading there new email the messages
disappear / are deleted????

Anyone no what is causing this??, I have also checked her machine and have seen this happening??

Thanks in advance

It sounds like they are using POP3 and don't have the box checked in their client setup that keeps the messages on the server. First, they don't need to use POP3 to connect to the mail server, they can just use Outlook and connect directly to it.

If that doesn't help, let me know.

Thanks for the reply.
Its not an issue with pop3 as this happens with internal emails as well.
It was working fine until about a week ago

Regards

Check her profile and make sure that her messages are being delivered to her mailbox and not a pst file on the computer somewhere.
