Deleting email by time

I would like to set up a global rule to delete email after 2 years. Is there a setting that I can add to do this?

For all mailboxes, or just one?

The Admin Clean Mailbox fucntion can do this for multiple mailboxes, but you can't schedule it, you need to run it manually. Or you can install the Mailbox Manager addin, this can be sceduled to run at regular intervals, again for multiple mailboxes.

Or for an individual mailbox, you can use folder auto-archiving feature in the Outlook client.

Can it be done more granular in 2003?
