Hi everyone!

Wondering if anyone can provide some advice here..

I am trying to delete some digital trunks. I understand I need to busy the PLID before I can delete/clear it. From the Digital Trunks form one of the PLID's is 2 1 2 3. When running the command BUSY 2 1 2 3 from maintenance commands I get the following message:

Hybrid number no supported on specified card.

Any ideas ?

What system is this on? No such thing as 2 1 2 3 on a 3300. You must be talking about a 5000 which might have been helpful to know if you want help.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

What do you get if you perform a EDT SHOW LINK INFO from the maintenance commands
Try and busy the trunks using what is returned, maybe even try BUSY 2 1 2 to busy the entire slot

There are no PLID's, Digital Trunk forms, or Maint Commands on 5000 LoopyLou...
