We would like to be able to delete old customer accounts.
Is there any easy way to do this?
We have amny duplicate accounts from an amalgamation of companies, we have already consolidated the history of both accounts and now we are left with accounts that we can not get rid of that we never use.

All help is always appreciated.
Thanks

You can delete customers that do not have history. If they have history, you will need to go into Utilities and remove it for the customer first.

You will also need to delete the customer transactions and history. I have set it in our company to do this for customers who have been posted inactive for at least 2 years. If you do not delete all info they will still continue to show on your lists.
