Deleting computers from AD

I am cleaning out AD, the computers that have not been disjoined from the domain, but are no longer availabe..
There are a few computers that have some containers on them. but not sure what they are.
1. RouterIdentity
2. IASIdentity
I am not sure what any of these mean?
