Deleting/archiving old calendar entries

HI,

How would I go about deleting/archiving old calendar entries in Outlook? If I go to File>Archive and select a date to archive older then, will this actually delete the entries or just archive them to another folder?

Right click on the calender icon in the Outlook bar, Properties, Autoarchive tab, select whatever options that you want.

I think the auto-archive tab may have been disabled for us as I don't have it under my list of tabs.
