Deleting and restoring Exchange Indv. Mailboxes thru Arcserve

Hi,
I am experimenting with deleting invidual mailboxes and restoring them thru Arcserve.. The Issue is when the mail box is deleted ..it does not restore from Arcserve. It throws an error saying object not accesible etc..
I am trying this to eliminate dead accounts and save licences..
Though the restoring will happen on an existing account..even a diff mailbox.. but not create a new mailbox if it is deleted.

Try to create the mailbox you have deleted with the same name and the same user account on the server. Send one mail to it to initialize the box, wait a while (5 minutes to replicate it to AD) and then try to restore it.
