Deleting Address Lists

Is it safe to delete the Default Global Address List in the Default Global Address Lists Contaniner in System Manager for Exchange. Also our Domain name is VDS, there is an address list called Global VDS in the same container is it safe to delete this aswell. This would then leave all the address lists in the all address lists container.
