how do i delete an ACDN ... can u give me the command
is that in ld 23?

1. Remove ACD-programing from TN's that gets call distributed via the ACD.
To see the TN's, print the DN (ACDN) in LD20.
Then remove ACD KEY's without using the ECHG-option.
2. Remove the ACD in LD 23.
