Deleting A User Account

I have Administrator Rights and created a User in CE 8.5 which I now wish to delete. When I went into the Account Management Area to locate the user in question there was no associated check box. How then, am I able to delete a User Account under these circumstances?

Is this an NT User? You'll need to delete the user from the Crystal NT Users group and then Update the list from the Windows NT Authorization Tab in the Manage Authorizations section.

I have just checked my NT Users Group and this user is not on that list. Any other ideas or suggestions? This has got me completely baffled.
