I have a call pilot 100. Past setup has been ccr tree 1.Thank you for calling press 1 for a company directory press 2 for company info.
Digit 1 is a menu branch that was used as a company directory.Press 1 for jim, 2 for tina and so on. Digit 2 was also a menu. Press 1 for address, 2 for hours, 3 for fax number and so on. We now have well over 8 employees and we are using the company directory as was meant to be used. Enter the first 3 digits of the persons last name.
So i changed the greeting excluding 1. But cannot delete that part in programming so if a caller presses 1 the recording still plays. I have tried deleting the branch and the nodes but it wont let me. Through the keyset it says tree is active and through the call pilot manager it wont let me either. I forget exactly what it was saying but something to the effect i could not delete the nodes because it was being used and to remove all traces of this branch/node first. I dont know where else it could be or to look. On the call pilot you dont have to disable the tree like in startalkflash do you?

On the OLD startalks..you had to disable a CCR tree before you could do major changes to the CCR MENU. Try that..

Also you could delete all the XFER options from Branch 1 and then try deleting the Branch..

Let me know if that works.
