Hi all

im not knowledgeble with printers. how to do i delete a job storage on hp 4345

Hello Carpua,
Im a bit confused with the way the question is formed. Are you trying to remove a print job from a printer? If so and in Windows 7, go to Control Panel and in the top righthand corner select View By Small or Large Icons. Then select Devices and Printers, double click on the printer you are printing with, click Printer in the top lefthand corner and select Cancel All Documents.

If XP, Control Panel > Printers and Faxes > and select the printer, click Printer in the top lefthand corner and select Cancel All Documents.

If that isnt what you are trying to do, please post again.
Thanks and good luck!
