Deleting a Call Center (IPCC) phone.

Good day all and happy Friday! I need to remove a phone from an IPCC Call Center group. Can I just delete the phone from CCM and it will automatically remove everything from the IPCC? If not, please let me know how to delete it properly.

if you go to the users page for that user, you can set their IPCC extension to None.

Thank you for the reply! Is the "users page" in the IPCC program? I cna't find it in CCM.

the user is in call manager, scroll down and set the the IPCC ext to none.

I also go into IPCC and move the user out of the CSQ groups.
