Deleting 1 message deletes several

We are running GW 5.5 EP, some of our clients are reporting that when they highlight and select delete of one message 2 or more are deleted at the same time. In most if not all cases the messages are in the trash folder, but it is still at best an annoyance. Any clues as to why this is happening. I couldn't find any TID's on this.

Does this issue occur for only one User, or many? If it is one User, if this User logs on to a different workstation, does the problem continue to occur, or did it stay with the original workstation?

If the problem continues for an individual User, try running maintenance on that Users Mailbox.
