Deleted voicemail messages re-appearing as new. 1

Have a magix 1.0 with a mlm 007 voicemail card. office manager says they have had several people complain about messages they have deleted showing up as new, several hours later. anyone else ever seen this or have any ideas?

Usually, when I have heard of this, the users are accidently just skipping the message and not really erasing it.

It's difficult to convince them of that though.

kinda my thoughts to. but users would never claim to have done something they didn't actually do. ;-)

ah yes, i have proven that many times. and it is funny, after you prove it to them they suddenly remember what they actually did, or didn't do.

I actually have the opposite problem. I have a user that deleted their voicemail and they want to try to get it back. Is there any way to do this? I am running Merlin Legend 7 V 10. Thanks to anyone who can help.
