Deleted Tools option from toolbar in Excel '97!

Hi guys,
I really need some help here, I have managed to delete the "tools" option in my toolbar in Excel '97!!! I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get it back? ^-^

Right click on the menu bar or a toolbar
Choose Customise
From the resulting dialog box you should be able to reset the worksheet menu bar (which will put Tools back on the menu bar) or any other toolbar.
