Deleted Switchboard Form

I kinda stuffed up my Switchboard form and deleted it. Is there any way I can re-create it? If I make another switchboard through the manager I don't get that form back. Is there anything I can do???

Fixed it myself.

Just created a new database and imported the info into that one.

The other way I have just figured out is to delete the switchboard table as well and start that again
