Deleted rule still running- 6..5.3

Hello. I had a rule which autoforwded specific email whilst I was on holiday. I deleted the rule but it continues to autoforward mail even though it is not there, has this happened to anyone else and do you know how to correct the problem? Thanking you

Did you disable the rule (or deactivated it) before deleting the document ?
Apparently the agent is still running. You might want to check what agents are scheduled and disable the one causing the issue.
You will need a Designer client to do so.

No I did not disable the rule before deleting it.
I have the designer, under shared code, agents the only thing I can see that might be relevant is (wMailruleSubmit) under shared code, agents.

You don't have any other scheduled agents that are active ?

3 scheduled agents with have a cross next to them and are not relevant. Every other agent is menu or manual/hidden.
