Deleted Messages Showing up as New

We're receiving reports from users of messages that have been deleted then showing up again as a new message. In checking the activity log, I see where the message was deleted then expunged. What I'm being told is then another user then logs into that same box an hour later and that deleted message is in there again as a new message.
Any ideas?

I only have one 1519 error from 11/22.

You said you had more than one person logining into the mailbox? Are they doing this from the phone or web access?

It sounds like the offline store is putting messages back into the inbox?

They are performing this via the phone.
I don't know much yet about Modular Messaging but I would think that once a delete then expunge occurs, that would be the end of it. Any reason why the store server would be doing this?

What rel are you on and what are you using for a backend?

Release 2.0 and the backend is the Linux MSS (storage server). No integration with Exchange.
