Our backups have crashed every day this week (what's new - ArcServe is terrible), but yesterday's was a little different. I have a job, that's been deleted from the queue, that's still giving me an error message every 2 minutes. My guess is that the database is corrupt, but I was wondering if anyone has come across this.
As for ArcServe, we've been unable to consistantly backup our Exchange database since November. Sometimes it will go fine for 2 or 3 weeks, other times we might get 1 or 2 days before something goes wrong. I've been working with their tech support steadily for 5 months now and they've yet to find the actual problem. We most likely will be dropping ArcServe in the very near future. Let's hope Backup Exec is a better product.
