Deleted Item 1

I deleted a message from my Inbox and also deleted it from the Deleted Items folder. Is there a way on the Exchange Server to get that message back? I have no backup of the message, since I just got it.

I have Exchange Server 2000 and Outlook 2000. Thanks.

If your Exchange is set up to hold deleted emails for a period of time after deletion, you can do the following..

In Outlook go into your deleted items folder , then under tools 'recover deleted items'. You have to be in the deleted items folder to get this option.

Yeah....I found that out...but I think that I don't have it set up on the Exchange Server. Will have to do that.
