I accidently deleted a user from our address book..I am able to open the mail database from the server however, obviously, they are not receiving any new mail. Is there any way to restore this manually?

Thanks in advance.

is this user using the notesclient to access the server?
in that case you need to recreate the user (and id file).
(be careful not to overwrite the existing addressbook. you could specify that this user's not using mail during creation of the new id file and then manually change the mailsystem settings in the person document to point to the existing mail file).

if not you could manually create a person document for this user in the nab pointing to the existing mailfile. Woonjas
