Deleted Email folders in Outlook 2000

I have just deleted an email folder by mistake using "shift + delete" in Outlook 2000.

Is there any way of "undeleting" this process and recovering the emails.

If you are using a stand-alone .pst file, the only way is to restore from your backups.
