I hope this question is not too stupid.

I use Windows XP Home Version, and Premium Incredimail for email.

Can someone please tell me where the deleted email goes, and files, and cookies, history, none of which end up in the recycle bin. Is there a place on the harddrive that I can see these, and be able to completely remove them?

Thank you.

Emails go into the deleted items folder and can be removed from there. They can also be restored from there. On IE you can go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General tab -> under Temporary Internet Files section -> Delete cookies, delete files and clear history. That should get rid of all the items you need to remove. If you want to know specifically where they are. If under the same location you click on "Settings" you will see "Temporary Internet Files Folder".

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
