Hello,

I am linked to a table on a server. When records are deleted, it still appears as a record with #Deleted in all the fields when I select query. I ran a Make Table and the real data showed up, but I could not make any changes to it.

Is there a way to not have these records appear in the table at all??

Thanks.

Was the PrimaryKey properly recognised ?
No Boolean or BitField allowing null ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

All of the fields have Required property set to "Yes". This means that no nulls are allowed, right?

The primary key is made up of about 4 fields. I have requested from my IT rep what those are supposed to be, but they seem to be okay.

My question was: does the access linked table have a primary key ?

Hope This Helps, PH.
