Whilst reordering the groups within Notes Administrator (group address book), I deleted the only two groups of administrators, which I was a member. I am responsible for the mgmt of the system, but have not real training and obviously no shouldn't be trusted!!!
Now I find myself not being able to add new users, manager ACL to databases setup and are frankly completely stuck.

How do I correct this problem, as my company has fallen out with our service support team and we are in limbo?
Any help would really be appreciated, thanks

Here is the back door. In Windows Explorer, open the Name & Address Book on the server with the server id. It should come up in the Notes client. Then add yourself as an individual into the Access Control List as Manager. In the Notes Administration Help file there are settings on how to set the ACL in the NAB. You will need to add yourself to the roles in the NAB. Once that is accomplished you can then recreate the administrators group.
