Hoping someone can help me. once I deleted afew very large mail.nsf files from the E:drive where Lotus notes is running, I was hoping to recover some harddisk space back but I don't see Lotus Notes telling me that my FREE space was grown.. I'm down to 4 GB free.. I'm using Lotus notes 6.5.1

Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about a server, or a client installation ?

If on a client, once the files are removed (and purged from the Recycle Bin), you should definitely see a change in available disk space.

But deleting files seems a bit radical. Couldn't you do a Compact on your local copies ?

Pascal.
