Hi!
Can an automatic deletion be done?
e.g. A record is entered on a specific date. If it is in the database for 365 days it will be deleted automatically.

Yes. Create a select query first to identify records that meet your criteria. Once that's done, change it to a DELETE query and have it set as the database startup option.
