#Delete

Hi.

Whenever i add a record to my database, #delete appeard in the form and it won't refresh. Can anybody help me out to solve this problem? And, is it okay if we have null valuesin some of the database fields? I dont want to make them notnull because sometimes they may not be necessary.

and yes, it is ok to have null values.
