Delete user doesn't delete the rights associated.

Hello everybody,
Following this steps:
1.- Create a new user (UTest).
2.- Create a new folder (FTest).
3.- Over the new folder, set rights for the new user.
4.- Delete user.
At this point, if you see the permissions tab the rights associated to UTest user still remain set.
After restart the system this rights is still set but over the UTest's SID.
Is this the proper behaviour?
