Hi,
I received an Excel 2003 with multiple rows and data in a single cell. Each cell row contents as follows:
4835 gnordine@pathwaysgroup.net external_affairs
4570 tvaughn1@Amialhost.tes.tulone.edu NMA News
467 jabberwh@aol.com NMA News JNMA List
90 edbeltonmd@aol.com NMA News JNMA List

All I need is the email from each cell. Can you assist with a macro or formula that can be used here?

Did you try using the "text to columns" function? That would let you set spaces as delimiters.
