Delete Single Occurrence of Recurring Calendar Event

I have an event list (i.e. Calendar) with several recurring events on it. One of these recurring events is a weekly meeting we have every Monday. One of these meetings has been canceled, but I can't find a way to delete this single occurrence without deleting the entire series. Am I missing something, or is this a limitation of SharePoint? If it's a limitation, has anyone discovered a simple work-around?
