Hello Guys,

I have sets of data with each row have 5 column. However, some of data have empty column. I wish to delete the rows if all the 5 columns are empty. How can i do that?

Thx,
Tony

Hi,

Turn on the AutoFilter -- Data/Filter/AutoFilter

Select a criteria in the column to display blanks

Select the displayed rows and Delete Rows.

Hi SkipVought,

Thx for the response. I tested and notice that it's worked only for one column at a time. I want to find which row where all the 5 columns are empty.

Thx,
Tony

Hi SkipVought,

I tested it but it doesn't work out. i Highlighted all the 5 column then

Turn on the AutoFilter -- Data/Filter/AutoFilter

Select a criteria in the column to display blanks

Select the displayed rows and Delete Rows.

but it doesn't give any desire output.

FYI, some of the column is empty and this cause a problem when i do the filtering coz when i want only all the 5 blank column, some of non-empty column got filtered.

thx,
Nic

FYI,

If you apply a criteria to a filter on one column, it filters the ROWS in accordance with the criteria, affecting the entire table.
