I need a way to delete all rows that contain a "B" in column C. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Joyce

Joylaw20,

Someone will probably come up with some sort of macro to accomplish the task, but one way would be to use another column (say D for example) and algebraic formulas. Place the following formula in cell D1: =if(c1="B",1,"") then copy that formula down the entire column. Then use Data, AutoFilter and select 1 from this list for column D. Then highlight all the 1's in column D and select Edit, Delete Row. You'll be asked if you want to delete the entire row? Click OK. Then turn the Auto Filter off and delete Column D.

Hope this helps.
