Delete record when form is locked

This may sound elementary, but I have a simple question. I have access03. When a form or subform 'Locked' property is set to Yes, does it also prevent deleting records or do I need to address that separately?

You can still delete the record.
If you don't want to delete set "Allow Deletions" to "No.
